Did you try crunches they work reall well on your stomach and you should also try doing push-ups because when you gain muscle it will really help. Muscle can burn away fat when you are sleeping.
Also try excercising in the morning without eating and then eat some oatmeal. This will really help because if you excercise during the day your excercise has to burn away the all the sugar before even working on the fat. But try doing a 30 minute excercise rountine I hope I help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. drink alot of water it will keep you from getting dehydrated. Also remember to reward your self when you accomplish your goal

i know EXACTLY how you feel! i can never be bothered to do exercise and i am quite honestly not the slimmest girl in the world…but whats working for me is just not eating sugary stuff and fat etc too much, but not cutting too many carbs (because they boost a great skin tone) but just tensing and untensing muscles and tapping my legs(freakishly vigorously!) when sitting at a computer/reading etc has helped me loads! plus, i love Pilates. i have a DVD at home with some 10 min workouts on each, and tbh its not so much exercise as 10 spare minutes of relaxed calorie burning and toning! the DVD is called ”10 Minute Solution – Pilates For Beginners” and its really good!
